Château Brachet was once the home of renowned Doctor Léon Brachet near Aix-les-Bains during the Belle Époque.
Since 2010, its new owners have endeavored to restore this beautiful residence to its former glory.
After 10 years of remodeling, Château Brachet opened its doors to the public in the spring of 2021.

Special attention to detail, personalized service, unique rooms and suites all different, large living spaces, strong historical and cultural component, local products, gastronomy, numerous sports activities in a 6-hectare park, this is what we deliver to our guests, and to a large international clientele…

Under the supervision of the Maître d’Hôtel:

 

– Set up, set down and control the restaurant lay-out
– Advise the Guests in order to guarantee their complete satisfaction throughout the service
– Participate in turnover optimization
– Participate in or proceed to the taking of orders
– Service of food and drinks according to in house procedures
– Clearing and set up of tables
– Present bills and collect payments according to in house procedures
– Carry out cleaning tasks according to in house procedures
– Supervise the staff placed under your responsibility
– Participate in physical inventory count
– Participate in linen management and count
– Participate in cellar management
– Follow up on various information to facilitate internal communication within the department
– Respect of hygiene and safety rules.

– Advise customers on drink choices according to their tastes and the proposed dishes
– Serve drinks at the table
– Participate in elaborating the wine list and work closely with F&B Manager and the Chef.
– Participate in monitoring and controlling restaurant set-up
– Restock the “cave du jour” (day cellar)
– Carry out cleaning tasks according to in house procedures
– Respect hygiene and safety rules.
