Does the hotel & restaurant have a car park?

Our hotel and restaurant offer free parking in front of the entrance.
You will also find 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
The car park is secured by our numerous cameras as well as our electric gate.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Rooms are available from 4 pm on. Departure is by 12 noon at the latest.
Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

Should you arrive early before check-in or leave late after check-out, we offer a luggage storage area so you can relax and enjoy our various amenities.

What are the conditions for cancelling a booking?

If you booked on our website, you have up to 48 hours before your stay to cancel without charge. After that, the first night will be charged.
If you booked through Booking.com, you have up to 72 hours before your stay to cancel without charge. After that, the first night will be charged.

Is it possible to add a baby bed in the room / Do you have baby beds available for customers?

Our hotel has baby cots available at the front desk on request, free of charge.

Do the rooms have a safe?

All rooms are equipped with a safe protected by a digital code and featuring an internal power socket for laptop/tablet.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

An outdoor swimming pool of 18 x 4 meters is available, opened from 7am to 11pm during the summer months.
The Pool House includes changing rooms with toilets and hairdryers, pool towels and bottled water.
The use of the swimming pool is free of charge and reserved for hotel guests.

Does the hotel have a fitness room?

A fitness room is available, featuring the latest equipment (treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical bike & weight station).
The fitness is located on the Pool House level and is open daily from 7am to 11pm. It is free of charge and reserved for hotel guests.

Are the rooms Handicap-Accessible?

The hotel has one Handicap-Accessible room located on the ground floor. Our common areas are also Handicap-Accessible.
Please mention this when making your reservation.

I forgot / lost something at the hotel, what should I do?

If you have forgotten or lost something at the hotel, please contact the front desk so that we can carry out the necessary searches.
For all returns, we offer to send the item by post. Any postage over 15€ will be charged in full.

What are the different payment methods accepted by the hotel?

We accept payment by credit card, cash, American Express and gift vouchers issued by Château Brachet.
Bank transfers are possible before your arrival and subject to acceptance by the front desk.
