Also dubbed &#8220;the Doctor of Kings&#8221;, he cut quite a figure among upper-class Aix society at the end of the 19th century. On the initiative of private investors, this beautiful residence will be restored to its former glory, the eco-renovated Ch\u00e2teau Brachet reopening its doors at the beginning of 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Nestled in a 6-hectare park, Ch\u00e2teau Brachet welcomes guests to its 15 rooms and suites as well as to its gastronomic restaurant and terrace artfully trimmed with lush gardens that goes by the fitting name of &#8220;La Broderie&#8221;. In addition to the 18-metre long outdoor swimming pool, guests will also be able to unwind on the Tennis and Padel, P\u00e9tanque, Croquet, Badminton and Volleyball courts, and take advantage of the &#8220;Executive Golf&#8221; course covering more than one hectare, which is suitable for beginners as well as experienced players eager to work on and perfect their putting and approaches in a bucolic environment, away from the madding crowds.
